Currently, I lead a team of 40 sales, production and content online employees focused on roughly 30 websites in central Virginia. My goals are to drive audience and revenue growth. In addition, I have been tasked with leading a stratgegic cross-divisional team focused on growing our registered user database and driving e-mail sales and new products. Previously, I was general manager for TwinCities.com, a property with the former Knight Ridder corporation later purchased by Media News, Inc., where I led a smaller team of content and sales employees.
